EAST TEXAS BAPTIST UNIVERSITY MASTERPLAN

EAST TEXAS BAPTIST UNIVERSITY (ETBU) - MARSHALL, TEXAS

COMPLETED IN 2010 - LEAD MASTER PLANNER

This campus, which is characterized by the rolling tree-covered hills of East Texas, serves an enrollment of approximately 1,200 students.  It is a private 4-year university with a Student/Faculty ratio of 16:1 and an average class size of 21.  The Master Plan for this university included 5,10, and 20-year benchmark plans addressing the issues of student life, academic expansion, housing, community outreach, growth in the Arts, parking, and way-finding.  The completion of this Master Plan led directly to the design of the Ornelas Student Center (featured under Architecture).
